RETURN POLICY
While we hope you are always satisfied with your purchase, we know sometimes it just doesn't work! Need to make a return? No problem! Please read the guidelines below for details.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed and odor-free (i.e. cigarette smoke,
perfume, etc.). The return must include the return form and items must have original tags still attached and intact. All seasonal + sale items (including markdowns, flash sales, or any discounted item) are a FINAL sale. No returns will be accepted on these items. All return shipping costs are not covered by Southern Silk Screening.
We do our best to be accommodating, so please carefully read the following. Any returns that do not meet these guidelines will be declined.
CLOTHING
- All regular priced clothing purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free (i.e. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
- Original tags must be attached and intact.
SALE
- All sale items are a FINAL sale and cannot be returned. This includes all items classified as "sale" or any item that is marked/ sold below the original price.
- Items purchased with a discount code or coupon are excluded from this and may be returned. However, the return store credit or exchange value will reflect the discounted price paid for your item.
- Item(s) purchased at a regular price, but may have been marked down by the time of the return are accepted based on the discretion of SSS and may be subject to receiving the current sale price.
GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
We check each of our items prior to shipping, but if you receive a defected item:
- You must notify Southern Silk Screening within 48 hours of delivery and request a defect return. This needs to be done via phone or email.
- Call 504.309.7455 or email southernsilkscreening@gmail.com to initiate a Defect Return Request. Once received, you will be notified.
- Please take a photo of the defect. You will be requested to send this once the return request is received.
- Once completed, SSS will notify you and let you know if your return request has been approved.
- If approved, we will email you a shipping label. You have 24 hours from the time the label is sent to get the package shipped out.
- You will receive your full refund once items are received. Defect refunds take 5-7 business days to be reflected on your account.
REFUNDS
- No refunds are given on regular return purchases. Only Store credits or exchanges are issued.
- Only those purchases meeting the return guideline will receive store credit or the item can be exchanged. Store credits are valid in store and online. They do not expire.
- Refunds are only provided on defected items if the defect is approved, as previously stated.
SHIPPING
- Southern Silk Screening is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a store credit for a return, shipping costs will be deducted from that amount.
- Depending on your location, delivery times vary. We use USPS Priority 1-2 day shipping. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and shipping. If you are shipping items over $50, you may consider using trackable shipping services or purchase additional insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your return item.
